Yes, we always guarantee to call back and clean your windows again FREE of charge if you are not 100% satisfied.
Will you give me notice before calling ?
Yes, we will telephone, email or text you the evening before so that you will know to expect us, we can even arrange to call at a particular time should you need to be in when we call. If you are likely to be out that day we can arrange with you to leave windows firmly closed and side gates unlocked.
How often do you call ?
We usually work on a six week cycle, however customers on main roads may need to have their windows cleaned every four weeks as heavy road traffic can cause windows to become dusty and dirty more quickly.
What happens if Iím not in to pay ?
We always leave a calling card with full payment instructions the date and the amount due.
What method do you use to clean my windows ?
We use the very latest Pure Water, Water Feed Pole Technology because it cleans to a sparkling, streak-free, spotless finish safely from the ground.
Do you clean the window sills ?
Yes, we always include the glass, frames, sills, front and back doors on every job every time.
Can you clean above my conservatory ?
Yes, with our Telescopic Water Feed Poles we can now reach previously inaccessible windows above conservatories or large extensions. Using Telescopic Poles also allows us to clean ground floor windows without having to walk on and ruin your flower beds.
Do you have liability insurance ?
Yes, we carry £1,000,000 Public Liability Insurance so that you and your property are fully protected.
Do you provide online payment via credit card ?
Yes, you can choose between paying online by Credit or Debit card through PayPal or online by Bank Transfer or you can post a cheque to us. Please click on our payments page
